Daudlin Search, previously Daudlin, De Beaupre and Company was co-founded by Paul Daudlin in 1991. For 27 years, the firm worked with some of the largest and most distinguished hospitals and health systems in the Midwest receiving national recognition as one of the Top 25 Healthcare Executive Search Firms in the Country. 

In 2010, Katherine (Katie) Shubnell joined her father, Paul Daudlin to assist the firm with research and candidate assessment. Katie's professional background is in nonprofit leadership and she holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Michigan. Upon Paul's retirement in 2019, Katie took on the role as Chief Executive Officer.
